About Oculo

Oculo is building the AI workforce for construction — where intelligent agents work alongside people on site.

Construction is a $15 trillion industry and the second least digitised in the world. It’s the last digital frontier — and we’re changing that.

We’ve created the world’s simplest 360° site capture: mount a camera on your hard hat, walk the site, and Oculo generates a precise, navigable 3D replica. This gives teams real-time visibility into progress, valuation, and risk — without lifting a finger.

Now, we’re going further. Our AI agents forecast delays, flag risks, and suggest actions — bringing clarity across projects, surfacing hidden blockers, and turning data into decisions. Oculo is becoming the execution layer for construction.

In an industry still powered by spreadsheets and gut feel, we’re making the leap from pen and paper to predictive intelligence.

We’re trusted on landmark projects across the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Japan — including Europe’s tallest skyscraper — and we’re just getting started.
